We operate an e-shop on the website https://www.pear-control.com/
We process some personal data to provide the sale of our goods and operate our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")
I. Processing of personal data
- Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, ID number, VAT number, information about the goods in which the customer is interested - for example, the characteristics of the given product.
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding goods and services.
On what legal grounds?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiating a contract or taking measures prior to concluding a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 24 months from our last communication.
- Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide to us. This is mainly billing data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, company ID, VAT number.
For what reason?
We need to process your personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods and/or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and/or for the sale of goods that require age verification).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
- Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so when making a purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter.
On what legal grounds?
This is permitted by the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so during the purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at: info@pear-control.com
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, we do have some companies or other people working for us who have access to your data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:
- operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (the company Shoptet as, with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, company ID 289 35 675)
- Companies involved in the shipment of goods (Pavel Hruška, Daniel Vondráček, Kateřina Vondráčková, Anna Vondráčková, Marie Vondráčková)
- companies involved in the dispatch of payments (GoPay, Shoptet, Comgate)
- email service provider (EcoMail, SmartEmail, MailChimp)
- marketing agency (AbucoIT, Canva, První Posice)
Your personal data may also be shared with the following other entities:
- Courier, PPL, DPD, DHL, Fedex, Packager
We process personal data in Europe and all countries outside Europe.
III. What else should you know?
We have an appointed data protection officer in our company, Kateřina Vondráčková.
In our company, decisions are made based on automatic processing or profiling.

V. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we are processing about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the personal data being processed, to request that we erase your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you think that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection , or to take your claims to court.
These terms and conditions are effective from 1 January 2026.
